Andera, a financial software company that simplifies account opening and lending for banks and credit unions, announced that Gesa Credit Union has chosen the oFlows multi-channel platform for account opening.

Founded in 1953 and headquartered in Richland, Washington, Gesa Credit Union is one of the largest credit unions in the state of Washington. It has more than 110,000 members and $1.2 billion in assets.

"One of our strategic goals for 2013 and the future is to improve our branches, and our electronic, online and mobile service offerings, because convenient access is critical for our members," said Gesa Chief Information Officer Raj Bandaru. "Our move to the oFlows platform is a key component of meeting that goal. This will enable opening new accounts and membership using all of our delivery channels."

Andera CEO Charlie Kroll added, "The oFlows platform allows Gesa Credit Union to better serve their members, wherever they may be. Their members are seeking convenient, self-directed channels of access - including tablets and mobile devices - to their products and services. oFlows makes service delivery convenient for members and reduces time they spend in branches."
