Jack Henry improves communications with Everbridge

Everbridge, a provider of industry-leading interactive communication and mass notification solutions and Jack Henry & Associates, Inc., a leading provider of technology solutions and payment processing services primarily for the financial services industry, today announced a partnership that brings Everbridge's critical communications solutions to the banks and credit unions served by Jack Henry Banking® and Symitar®.

This relationship enables Jack Henry & Associates®' clients to take advantage of Everbridge's notification platform packages to solve core communications challenges.

Debbie Dair, senior vice president of American Business Bank took advantage of this new partnership and said, "We wanted to be proactive with our preparedness planning but did not know the best way to go about providing updated information to employees. We have long trusted Jack Henry & Associates and when they announced the partnership with Everbridge, we were very interested. Everbridge provided a demonstration, and we knew right way that this product was what we needed. The process from introduction to acquisition to implementation has been extremely easy."

Highly reliable and interactive communications are critical components to ensuring effective business continuity for critical activities such as life-threatening incidents, weather events, operational efficiency programs and IT management. Improving financial services organizations connectivity to staff, clients and stakeholders will mitigate the impact of incidents on their most important assets and meet the data protection regulations for domestic and international operations during planning, notification, response, and recovery.
