CashFlows adds James Richardson and Neil Graham to senior management team

CashFlows, the innovative financial services provider, today announces the executive appointments of James Richardson and Neil Graham to its senior management team.

These appointments reflect CashFlows' commitment to its business expansion plans, sourcing a pool of global experience to help support its growing presence in the international cards and payments industry. James Richardson joins CashFlows as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Neil Graham as Chief Operating Officer (COO), reporting to Chief Executive Officer and founder, Nick Ogden.

Richardson and Graham bring a wealth of experience and rich skill set to their new roles. James Richardson joins CashFlows from his role as CFO, Western Europe, at Global Payments, where he led finance, accounting, pricing and business development across the region for the Fortune 1000 business. Prior to this position, Richardson led the sale of HSBC's UK card acquiring business to Global Payments in 2008.

In his new role as CFO of CashFlows and the wider Voice Commerce Group, Richardson will be responsible for heading up financial and legal activity across the Group.

Neil Graham joins CashFlows from Western Union Business Solutions where he was Regional Managing Director. Prior to joining Western Union in 2008, Graham was Vice President of Channels and mid-market Solutions at Oracle Corporation, Asia-Pacific. He brings over two decades of international experience in management and strategy development to CashFlows. Graham's expertise will be instrumental in helping to shape CashFlows' developing commercial strategy which is currently being enhanced following the recent launch of a new card issuing division.
