It's easier to manage finances anytime, anywhere on your iPad®, thanks to Union First Market Bank's Tablet Banking for the iPad powered by Intuit Financial Services.

Customers can now access a wide variety of mobile banking functions directly from their iPad including:

View account balances and account transaction history.
Transfer funds between eligible accounts.
Pay bills on the spot.
Locate nearby ATMs and branches.
Access their financial institution's mobile website.

"Union launched its mobile banking platform last year with iPhone and Android apps, in addition to text banking capabilities. More than 8,700 customers have downloaded the apps and more than 8,300 are enrolled in text banking, but a need for an app designed specifically for the iPad still existed," said G. William Beale, chief executive officer of Union First Market Bank.

A recent Intuit study1 of 50,000 mobile banking customers found that people using a combination of online and mobile solutions are 45 percent more likely to interact with their financial institution than those who only go online. The Union First Market Bank tablet banking app for the iPad has complete end-to-end security, so consumers can safely access their finances anywhere, at any time.

"Having the ability to bank when, where and how you want is a key driver of customer satisfaction. With more branches and ATMs than any other community bank in Virginia, and a growing mobile banking solution, Union is able to meet that key customer demand," Beale concluded.

The tablet banking app for the iPad from Union First Market Bank can be downloaded from the Apple App Store(sm).
