Our client is an established, growing Fintech firm that provides a platform to Banks and Financial Services firms globally. They are now looking to hire a salesperson with a strong track record in selling to similar firms in the Nordics region (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden). The role can be remote / home-based and will include travel.
- Be part of the EMEA sales team, reporting to regional Head of Sales.
- Meet and exceed the sales revenue target for the region.
- Create, manage and deliver a sales plan for the region.
- Generate new name business in the region.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Work closely with other internal teams including pre-sales, product and professional services.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
- Excellent new business sales track record.
- Recent, relevant experience selling Fintech software to Banks & Financial Services firms.
- Enterprise-level sales experience ($1m+ sales deals).
- Strong track-record selling within the Nordics region.
- Fluent Nordics language skills are required (e.g. Swedish, Danish, etc.)
- Fluent English language skills would be advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
This role will be based in the Nordics region (e.g. Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway or Sweden).
