Familia Bolívar has used e-business technology from Siebel to integrate marketing, sales, and service functions across its diverse network of South American holdings companies.
The companies of Colombian financial instiitution Familia Bolivar have joined forces in an initiative designed to provide better customer service, a closer understanding of customers and to streamline processes. The group, comprising leading South American banks, insurance companies and capitilisation services, aim to use better customer intelligence to design new services and cross sell existing services to customers whilst removing various obstacles to customer satisfaction.
The ebusiness solution, deployed by Siebel, has been integrated successfully across all companies to over 400 sales and call centre staff.
