Mastercard previews the new opportunities for payments arising from advances in natural language processing and conversational commerce.

This paper summarizes results from an online US consumer survey of 3,000 adults conducted in August 2017 in partnership with Mercator Advisory Group.

The survey questionnaire explored a wide range of awareness, attitudinal, and behavioral questions about US consumers’ current and future use of natural language processing devices and agents.
