Beyond service - Creating the right customer experience

A Finextra dinner club event in association with IBM. Finextra is hosting an exclusive dinner, at the Walbrook Club in the heart of the City, featuring a presentation by Tom Cannon, global digital channels lead for One HSBC.

The dinner club is open to qualified senior managers at banks and financial services firms and will provide an opportunity to learn from and share experiences with your peers in a relaxed and informal setting.

Invitees to the networking event will discuss a range of topics driving significant changes in retail banking, including:

  • Advances in technology
  • Shifts in consumer behaviour
  • The more demanding regulatory environment
  • New channels and new entrants that are challenging the ability of traditional banks to attract, service and retain their most profitable customers.

Operating across a multitude of channels, banks need to gain a 360-degree insight into their customer relationships and provide tailored services that ensure the right product is delivered to the right client at the right time.

Understanding who those customers are and serving them in a targeted and differentiated way is more difficult than ever. Legacy technologies and siloed repositories of data have created significant obstacles to the construction of an enterprise customer view.

The Finextra dinner will offer excellent networking opportunities as well as provide actionable insight into the use of predictive analytics and sophisticated data modelling:

  • To guide decision making
  • Drive smarter customer acquisition strategies
  • Run better (and more cost effective) marketing campaigns
  • Increase overall customer satisfaction with the bank’s products and services.

Register now. Places at the dinner are reserved for executive level marketing professionals, CIOs and local heads of IT, senior managers involved in customer profitability and pricing strategies at banks and financial services firms and are individually vetted to ensure a high level of networking opportunities.

If you qualify, you can join us for what we are sure will be an entertaining and educational evening of networking and discussion in the company of your peers.
