Investors in Tide ( a prepaid card company not a challenger bank) have obviously not tried to open an account or read the customer comment pages. Basic due dil I would expect.

Obviously didn't include Tide if you read comments from companies trying to open accounts. Makes you wonder if will get funding to come out of beta.
