I lead a team of digital and analytical professionals, modernising the way we service the non-standard market. Having established a clear mission and purpose, my role is to create a fun and fast paced working environment, providing executive support for strategic investments.
Career History
I spent the 14 years prior to joining Provident working for Barclays, in payments and unsecured lending. during my time there I enjoyed three years in South Africa, followed by five years on the executive team for a start-up business in Scandinavia.
