The Committee on Payment and Settlement Systems (CPSS) and the International Organisation of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) published a joint consultation report on the access to trade repository data. The report sets out principles to guide regulatory
authorities access to data held as well as possible approaches to address confidentiality concerns and access constraints. Comments are requested by 10 May 2013.
