Co-op bank - not quite so ethical now?

I'm appalled by this. How can a bank with an ethical policy treat its own workers like this? I shall be writing to ask them once I've calmed down a bit.

I would transfer all my funds elsewhere if there were any banks left. And if I had any funds.

Not good timing and if the service level is anything like my AOL outsourced customer support then I will indeed move my account.
