Fact sheet on Short Selling Regulation now published by FCA

New
forms for short selling notifications post 10 June 2013 were recently published
by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).  The website has now been
updated to include a Fact sheet on Short Selling which provides more
guidance on the regime and the registration and notification requirements
including how to correct or delete an incorrect notification.
