This morning at the TCF we heard from CEO Andreas Andreades. Naturally he was in bullish mood following the Metavante tie up and takeover of German outfit ACTIS.BSP. Both of these deals provide a route into markets Temenos has previously been fairly quite in.

One interesting detail to emerge from his presentation was the level of customer satisfaction with the vendor. Temenos conducts a survey of clients and makes the results freely available. 74% said they were satisfied or very satisfied. I won’t comment how impressive or otherwise I think this stat is but I’d be interested to know if competitors publish similar data and, if so, how the results compare.
