Interesting and slightly worrying item on The Register where a fully up-to-date and patched machine running the latest IE7 and Norton 360 was redirecting certain URLs to fake but convincing web sites - including PayPal. Only the unusual extra questions and usual dodgy grammar of the spoof sites gave the game away.
Interestingly the problem doesn't happen with Firefox and seems to be specific to IE7 and it looks like it could well be the result of a zero day exploit. And once the phishers get someone to proof-read their efforts and learn some subtlety, well....
