artificial intelligence, personal virtual assistants have become an integral part of our lives, true to Gartner's predictions that an era of smart machine will be the “most disruptive in the history of IT”. There are nearly 4.2 billion digital voice assistants,
and forecasts suggest that by 2024, the number will reach 8.4 billion units – higher than the world's population.
