Bank of England and the Beano

Recvently the Bank of England has announced that a programme called Money and Me will be launched in July.  Governor Andrew Bailey hopes that it will help teachers aid their students in becoming more confident about using money.  Meanwhile Revolut launched their Junior card range this year also.

Are we seeing a change in how financial services view younger people?  If so, is ot a reasonable position to adopt or do we need to safeguard the more easily swayed in the community?

I'd love to hear some thoughts.
