Following the launch of its new mobile trading application for the Blackberry, Web broker E*Trade says it will showcase the system in upcoming television, print and online advertisements using its "talking baby" campaign.
This reminded me of comments made by
Paul Penrose and Elizabeth Lumley earlier this year about the $5 million that E*Trade shelled out for its "talking baby" ad to appear during the Super Bowl in January.
E*Trade says the "talking baby" will now return to "test-drive" its new mobile technology and "demonstrate how quick, easy and hassle-free trading and banking from a BlackBerry smartphone can be with the new Mobile Pro".
The new commercial will air tonight in conjunction with game one of the NBA Finals.
