With nearly 15 years working in the dynamic world of contact centres, Chris has seen the industry evolve. His extensive experience in the Financial Services space, ranges from large banking enterprises leverage digital transformation, to niche credit organisations, helping to navigate customer outcomes effectively.
Throughout his career, he has collaborated with customers to help understand how to increase efficiencies by utilising the latest cutting-edge technology, whilst also operating within a highly regulated environment. Today he leads the Financial Services sector at IPI, where he leverages his extensive industry expertise to help clients deliver exceptional customer contact.
