He has a track record of launching successful ventures in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. His accomplishments extend to pioneering novel insurance resolutions tailored for SMEs and orchestrating the implementation of a series of pioneering digital insurance innovations. Before joining HDI Embedded, he was COO of International Partnerships at Europa Ubezpieczenia and has held Managing Director and CEO positions at numerous financial services organisations.
