International payments processor PacNet needs to maintain over 170 different bank relationships and over 400 separate bank accounts across the globe, whilst managing many different electronic banking systems. It turned to SMA Financial's Swift Service Bureau.

The advantage of using the Swift Service Bureau approach meant PacNet could rationalise its vast array of electronic banking security access systems, standardise on messaging procedures and formats and thereby reduce operational risk and be free to extend the diversity of it’s banking connections without fear of overloading resources.
