Transaction Network Services, Inc. (NYSE:TNS), a leading provider of business-critical network and data communications services for transaction-oriented applications, today announced that Vital Processing Services (Vital), a leader in merchant and acquirer transaction processing solutions, has signed a new multi-year contract with the company.
Under the terms of the agreement, TNS will provide transaction transport network services for Vital.
Vital delivers comprehensive, end-to-end payment solutions to acquirers and their merchants to reliably process millions of credit, debit and other transactions every day. Having successfully provided services to Vital since 2002, the new, expanded agreement encompasses global transaction transport. TNS will play a key role in Vital's transaction processing business and growth.
