Bank al Etihad, a leading Jordanian financial and banking institution, and CR2, a leading provider of self-service banking solutions, have today announced that Bank Al Etihad will now be offering bill payment services at the ATM to both their customers and non-customers alike.

This convenient service will see Bank Al Etihad customers topping up their airtime with Orange as well as making bill payments for various services such as utilities and water right there at a Bank Al Etihad ATM in a fast, secure and convenient way.

Bill payment, bill presentment, receipts and favourite shortcuts for quick payment.

What sets this service apart from other bill payment services on the market is the advanced branding and premium user interface which Bank Al Etihad has designed using the BankWorld Studio tool. An innovative help screen has been introduced to assist customers in paying their bills as well as convenient features such as creating shortcuts for regular payments which can be used simply in the future, in addition to providing bill receipts carrying the e-FawaterCom reference number printed as a barcode.

This bill payment capability offers Bank Al Etihad not just a notable advantage against competing banks, but also highlights the bank’s dedication to offering both innovation and convenience to their customers at the ATM.

In addition to bill payment, Bank Al Etihad customers will now also be able to update their filed mobile number at the ATM as well as completing surveys in order to help the bank to give feedback on products and services.

Bank Al Etihad’s Chief Business Technology Officer Omar Essa commented “At Bank Al Etihad, we strive to keep customers moving and growing when it matters. We are constantly looking at ways to improve our service and to make our customer lives better and with bill payments at the ATM we are further enhancing our overall customer experience.
