Fifth Third joins Allpoint ATM network

Fifth Third Bancorp, the 15th-largest U.S. bank holding company with $106 billion in total deposits, has joined Allpoint Network, the world’s largest surcharge-free ATM network, with 55,000 ATMs across the United States and beyond.

The footprint, form and function of banking is evolving. Customers need always-on access to banking services. The Allpoint-Fifth Third partnership enables Fifth Third to meet consumer demand for easy access to cash.

Allpoint Network ATMs – conveniently placed in premier retailer locations – are within Fifth Third’s branch footprint, as well across the nation from Southern California to New England, making cash access quick and easy for Fifth Third customers.

In the Greater Cincinnati Metro Area, for example, Allpoint adds more than 300 surcharge-free ATMs to Fifth Third’s network, featuring the increased convenience of locations including Target, Walgreens and CVS/pharmacy stores, as well as select convenience and grocery stores and many other businesses.

This ATM network expansion fulfills on that by giving customers the opportunity to withdraw cash where and when it’s convenient for them.”
