CMS WebView has successfully completed software enhancements to the Chicago Board of Trade's (CBOT) market data feed, part of the Exchange's newly-launched premier electronic trading platform.

The enhancements were delivered on time and on budget in a project first commissioned earlier this year.

The London-based AIM company was awarded the contract to enhance the CBOT's market data feed, which was developed using CMS's proprietary TDI system. This project involved members of CMS's development and technical project management staff working in close conjunction with the CBOT and Atos Euronext Market Solutions. It built on a relationship first established in April 2003 when CMS was commissioned to install TDI software to enhance the collection and distribution of the CBOT's electronic and floor trading data.

The successful completion of such projects with major organisations like the CBOT, together with future sales initiatives and product development, furthers CMS's objective of promoting TDI as a globally-recognised product for the reliable collection, processing and distribution of data in mission-critical real-time data applications.

Bob Antell, CEO of CMS WebView plc, said: "We're delighted that the Chicago Board of Trade project ran so smoothly using TDI to enhance its market data feed. We have enjoyed working with the CBOT's professional staff and were pleased to be able to maintain our strong relationship with a key customer.

"We feel that our continuing relationship with the Chicago Board of Trade is a powerful endorsement of the quality of services and support CMS has provided since winning our initial contract in April 2003."
