The State Insurance Organization of Turkmenistan is the only body within the state, providing insurance services for the physical and legal entities. Large volumes of operations and expansion of the line of insurance products became the main objectives for the "Turkmengosstrah" move to the modern automation system, allowing to integrate processes and documentation of head office and 40 branches of the organization.

In order to fulfill these objectives the management of "Turkmengosstrah" embarked on a complex suite of FLEXTERA Insurance solution from Diasoft, consisting of the following modules: FLEXTERA Insurance, FLEXTERA Reinsurance, FLEXTERA Accounting, FLEXTERA Operations Management, FLEXTERA Insurance Tax Accounting, FLEXTERA HR Management and FLEXTERA Cash Center.

As an additional advantage Diasoft provided "Turkmengosstrah" with user interface and all the documentation FLEXTERA generates available in two languages: Russian and Turkmen.
Thanks to the teamwork of Diasoft specialists the project was delivered two times faster than initially agreed timelines.

FLEXTERA Insurance allowed The State Insurance Organization of Turkmenistan to consolidate all the data that is required for reporting, operations analysis, maintenance, management and protection of information in a single database, as well as to significantly improve the level of client servicing.

As of today FLEXTERA Insurance serves as an integral part of "Turkmengosstrah" successful operations, allowing for stable functioning of the organization for over half of the year.
