Fana Sparebank renews EDB ErgoGroup contract

Fana Sparebank has entered into a renewed and expanded contract with EDB ErgoGroup for the supply of IT services.

The agreement runs for five years, and represents total contract value in excess of NOK 100 million.

About the agreement

The agreement includes IT solutions and operating services for the bank's new electronic services. In addition, a number of new services are elements of the agreement. The new solutions will help Fana Sparebank to offer an improved and more comprehensive range of self-service options, including mobile channels, applications (apps) for iPhone and Android, and the ability to register as a new customer using BankID. The agreement also includes extensive renewal of the bank's systems for credit management and customer administration.

The agreement runs from 1 February 2011 to and including 31 December 2015, and represents total contract value over this period in excess of NOK 100 million.
