CLS Bank International (CLS Bank) today announces the appointment of Steve Scully as Senior Product Manager at CLS Services, reporting to Roger Rutherford, Head of Product Management at CLS. Scully will be based in New York and will primarily focus on developing the CLS Aggregation Service (CLSAS).
Scully joins CLS with a wealth of product management experience from EBS, the global currency and metals etrading platform, acquired by ICAP in 2006. He latterly worked as a Product Manager in Post Trade Services having been a former liaison to Traiana - ICAP's post trade processing platform.
Other roles at EBS include Programme Manager for Market Data Products, Post Trade Services, Core Components and Internal Business Systems. Prior to joining EBS, Scully managed the Fixed Date Desk and worked as a voice broker for Noonan Astley Pearce in money markets.
