Oberthur tender offer to minority shareholders successful

The company is pleased with the success of the tender offer launched on September 23 2008.

As previously announced, Francois-Charles Oberthur Fiduciaire will request delisting of Oberthur Technologies' shares on Euronext Paris right after the AMF issues the results of the tender offer.
