IntraNet, Inc. (Nasdaq:TSAI), a leading international provider of payment processing solutions, today announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with SVOA, pcl. in Thailand. SVOA has provided local support to the Thai financial community for over 20 years.

Under terms of the agreement, SVOA will market, sublicense, install, maintain and support IntraNet's Money Transfer System(TM) (MTS(TM)) in Thailand. MTS is among the solutions in IntraNet's PaymentWare® suite of software offerings designed to meet the messaging and payment processing needs of the wholesale banking industry. MTS is a global processing engine providing central bank Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) and clearing house connections, low value clearing and automated SWIFT/Telex message processing on a single platform.

"We are excited about the opportunities that Thailand presents," said Paul Morris, senior vice president of IntraNet. "We feel this partnership with the well-established SVOA organization will prove to be mutually beneficial and will allow us to offer a world class product and project solution to banks in Thailand."

"We are looking forward to rounding out our offerings in the payment arena by taking IntraNet's MTS product solution to the corporate and wholesale banking community," said Adisorn Kaewbucha, president and COO of the Systems Integration Strategic Business Unit (SISBU) of SVOA. "This completes our relationship with TSA as we already have distribution arrangements in place with IntraNet's two sister companies, ACI Worldwide and Insession Technologies."
