Following an Extraordinary General Meeting held today, the Board of CMS WebView plc confirms that all resolutions were passed and that Ian Donald Williams and Anthony Peter McQueen Benedict of Benedict Mackenzie LLP, 62 Wilson Street, London EC2A 2BU were duly appointed Joint Liquidators to the Company.
The London Stock Exchange has now suspended trading in the shares of CMS WebView plc which will remain suspended until the Company resumes operating as a trading entity. Should the Company not resume operating as a trading entity within six months of today, or is liquidated, the Company will be delisted.
Benedict Mackenzie will make a further announcement in due course
