Aon Consulting is installing Staffware's business process management (BPM) software, Process Suite, across its superannuation, allocated pension and master trust businesses in Australia.
The implementation involves the integration of Aon's core business systems, customer portal, customer contact centre and document management operations.
Grant Sandstrom, head of outsourcing, Aon Consulting, says significant portions of the hundreds of billions of dollars in funds under management in Australia will be up for tender in the next couple of years and companies that have successfully integrated BPM into their operations will be the most successful.
He adds that Staffware's rapid application development approach and Aon's collaboration with the vendor's professional services staff will be key to the success of the project.
Staffware was selected ahead of nine other BPM vendors.
