Business process management (BPM) software vendor Staffware is teaming up with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young to implement a claims processing system at Spanish insurance firm Mapfre Seguros Generales.
Mapfre says the Staffware process suite will be used to handle managed claims and enable it to create specific application templates to deal with claims management issues.
Cap Gemini Ernst & Young will implement the application and a standard process framework will be rolled-out to customers internationally.
