UK-based e-finance vendor Aspace Solutions has appointed Colin Fisher as a non-executive director.
Fisher was previously executive director of Lloyds TSB Financial Services Holdings and is currently non-executive director of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Bank.
His role will be to offer strategic counsel as the business expands its presence in the financial services sector.
