DST Systems has revamped its financial advisor Web portal, Vision, to grant users instant access to client portfolios.
An Advisor Defined Portfolios tool has been introduced to enable financial advisors to group client accounts into portfolios across fund and variable annuity companies. The portfolios then optionally serve as building blocks to form client households, which link related portfolios, says the company.
Kyle Mallot, DST client services officer, explains: "Advisor Defined Portfolios enables the advisor to very easily print asset allocation and multi-management company client reports and summary statements. The portfolios and households can even be run against the Overlap analytic tool within Vision to determine proper diversification of their client's holdings."
