Misys talks up CLS effort

02 October 2002  |  3245 views  |  0 Misys talks up CLS effort

Misys International Banking Systems is talking up its support for continuous linked settlement, claiming that approximately 100 bank branches have already licensed its CLS software.

Misys’ CLS software is currently licensed and embedded within a variety of its solutions, including Midas, Equation, Opics and Meridian Link.

The vendor has also introduced a new stand alone CLS product, the Meridian Link CLS Workbench, which is a turnkey solution for CLS third parties and works with any non-Misys back-office system.

Misys says the software has already been tried and tested in the marketplace, pointing to CLS settlement member Northern Trust which used software embedded within the Midas banking package to complete CLS testing.
