Spain's Bankinter has launched a new personalised online insurance assessment service.
The Insurance Assessor tool provides users with specific recommendations on insurance policies according to individually-entered profiles, and enables customers to contract home, life, health and car insurance policies from different companies online.
The system, designed and developed in partnership with SchlumbergerSema, offers a comparison of coverage and prices among different companies, and the ability to simulate operations to learn their cost.
Other features include explanations of terminology, recommended products and the criteria on which recommendations are made.
