Hungary's CIB Bank marked the capital's annual celebration of its historic buildings by installing two steampunk-style cash machines designed to look like they were 120-years old.
The festivities centred around Budapest's Grand Boulevard, which was built in the late 18th century and on which CIB has five bank branches.
To mark the date, the Intesa Sanpaolo subsidiary hired Saatchi & Saatchi to dream up a concept in keeping with the occasion. The ad guys came back with the idea of a 120-year old ATM, placing the antique-style machines outside two of the bank's branches.
Over two days, 2000 people used the machines, which took their photos and printed the image on old Pengő bank notes.
Cogwheels were spinning, steam was huffing and liquids were boiling during the printing process, giving the illusion of what innovation must have looked like 120 years ago.
