Santander signs global PFM deal with Meniga

Meniga has been awarded a global contract by Santander Group Markets to deploy Personal Financial Management (PFM) tools to clients across multiple business lines and geographies.

Santander plans to use the Meniga white label PFM platform to aggregate and enrich new and existing data to provide customers with customised, real-time actionable advice and targeted services.

“This agreement is an important milestone in our journey towards truly personalised digital banking," says says Jose María Fuster, head of global innovation at Grupo Santander. "We have been very impressed with Meniga’s technology and vision and I see this agreement as the first step in a long-term strategic partnership between the two companies."

Meniga, which lists ING, Commerzbank and Intesa San Paulo among its clients, describes the deal as "the largest of its kind in the PFM industry".
