Spanish banking group BBVA has launched a free iPad magazine focussed on innovation in the financial services industry.
Each issue of Innovation Edge - available in Spanish and English from the Apple App Store, as well as online and as a PDF - will focus on a specific area of innovation, beginning with gamification.
The bank will draw on contributions from BBVA employees, members of its "international innovation network" and outside experts and promises to make the most of the iPad medium with interactive elements, videos and infographics.
The gamification edition explores the phenomenon's main trends, presents practical cases of different companies and examines the bank's own recent 'BBVA Game', which tried to combine financial education and game dynamics.
