Record turn-out expected at EBAday 2012

The Euro Banking Association and Finextra are preparing for a record turn-out at EBAday 2012, Europe's pre-eminent annual payments event, with a sold-out exhibition floor and conference agenda featuring more than 50 of Europe's leading banks, market operators and industry utilities.

An impressive list of board directors, chief financial officers and payments and technology heads from Europe's leading banks have confirmed their participation in the conference programme for the seventh annual EBAday, taking place this year in Edinburgh on 15-16 May.

The two-day pow-wow addresses many of the key pain points for European payments participants, comprising a series of parallel panel sessions, strategic roundtables and break-out sessions. Delegates attending the event will learn valuable insights and practical approaches for dealing with the most pressing issues facing the modern payments business, from liquidity management and technology innovation, to data analytics and Sepa migration strategies.

The top-level seminar programme at EBAday is complemented by a bustling exhibition floor, showcasing the complete spectrum of payment processing services from over 40 leading banks, ACHs, technology vendors and consultancies.
