US investment management firm Raymond James Financial is installing corporate compliance software from New Jersey-based AXS-One across its 2200 global locations.
Florida-based Raymond James has purchased 12,500 licenses of AXS-One's Compliance software to enable it to collect, manage and archive critical business data, including e-mails, across the enterprise.
The product is being integrated with the company's existing infrastructure of Microsoft Exchange 2000 servers running in a Windows 2000 environment and is expected to be operational within six weeks.
AXS-One says the product helps firms protect and utilise corporate information and meet compliance mandates including SEC17a-4, NASD 3010 & 3110, Sarbanes-Oxley and HIPAA.
