Customers using the NetBank Vault will be able to save confidential documents such as pay slips, contracts, scanned copies of passports/drivers licences, receipts and product warranties etc, in their online bank account.

The revamped Netbank site also includes new saving and budgeting tools, smarter navigation, and a foreign exchange app for Google Chrome.

The bank has also moved to update its Kaching P2P mobile banking and payment app to include faster check-out and more inuitive navigation for balance checking and collecting payments.

CBA says Kaching has been downloaded more than 300,000 times since its launch last year, with the bank experiencing a total of 2.8 million mobile downloads across its entire portfolio of apps.

CBA is spotlighting the innovations with a marketing blitz that utilises an augmented reality app plastered across News Limited's major metropolitan mastheads nationally. Australians opening their Sunday papers over breakfast will be able to download an app, which will allow them to view the new launch commercial by holding their iPhones and iPads over Commonwealth Bank 's logo appearing in the newspapers' pages. The campaign promotes the bank's new brand tag-line 'Can, which replaces its old corporate motto 'determined to be different'.
