Ingenico appoints Pierre-Antoine Vacheron EVP ePayments, Nathalie Lomon CFO

Pierre-Antoine Vacheron will be responsible for development of online payments, a business spanning the resources of GlobalCollect and Ogone.

 In his new role, he will be in charge of worldwide deployment of that business, supported by Ingenico Group’s network and presence in all world regions. He will also be overseeing all technologies and platforms for Ingenico Payment Services. The appointment of Pierre-Antoine Vacheron fully reflects Ingenico Group’s strategy to position itself as the leading provider of innovative payment solutions across all channels so that the company can play an active part in new trends in commerce as they emerge. Aligning sales and technology issues will be a key differentiator in the coming stages of Ingenico Group’s history.

Nathalie Lomon has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, and will thus be taking over responsibility for Group financial management from Pierre-Antoine Vacheron. She will be reporting to Philippe Lazare, Ingenico Group’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
