As Google continues its roll out of Android Pay, First Data Corporation, a global leader in commerce-enabling technology and solutions, is pleased to be a launch collaborator supporting the new service for in-store transactions.

First Data will provide processing solutions for Android Pay that ensure a safe, secure transaction at the point of sale, enabling payment with a single, contactless tap.

Android Pay is a new mobile payment solution that offers consumers further simplicity, security and choice when paying for things with and soon within their Android phones. Android Pay lets consumers use their phone to pay in stores with most credit or debit cards, across all NFC-enabled Android devices.
