Deutsche Bank's Zar Amrolia joins XTX Markets

XTX Markets today announces that Zar Amrolia will join the firm as co-CEO with Alex Gerko. Amrolia joins from Deutsche Bank where he worked for the past 10 years, most recently as co-head of FICC and Head of Digitisation. Previously he had been a Partner Managing Director in Goldman Sachs.

XTX Markets is a London-based independent electronic market-making business operating in the FX, listed derivatives and equities markets. A recent spin-off from GSA Capital, the company is the leading non-bank liquidity provider in spot FX, with a strong positon in its other asset classes and aggressive expansion plans.

Amrolia will start at XTX Markets in early October.
