Advantage FSE appoints Jacob Christiansen to managing director role

Advantage FSE, the Digital Banking and Payments specialist, today announced the appointment of Jacob Christiansen as ‘Managing Director – Global Strategy and Business Development’.

Jacob Christiansen will be focused on developing the business globally and strengthening Advantage’s position as a leading innovator in digital banking and payments technology.

With over 25 years’ experience in financial services, including major technology companies and banks, Jacob is well positioned to help define and execute the company’s strategic vision.

Prior to joining Advantage, Jacob worked at Fiserv in EMEA, where he as a member of the executive management team held a number of sales and operational management roles. Prior to this Jacob was regional head at Fitech, a wealth management solutions provider, where he was responsible for the UK and Caribbean. He was also co-founder of a niche IT consultancy providing services to the investment banking community. While at Danske Bank he supported the bank’s international business in senior roles located in New York, Frankfurt, London and Luxembourg. Jacob received an MBA from Kingston University London.

Jacob will be reporting to the CEO of Advantage, Nikos Konstantinidis, who stated: “We are very proud to have Jacob on board.
