Flushing Bank will be implementing Hyosung’s MX8800 solution to facilitate the evolution of the branch distribution channel. This solution provides customers a staff-assisted channel for conducting routine transactions while enabling bankers to spend quality time consulting with customers to better understand their banking needs.

This is the first installation Hyosung will enable with a comprehensive cash management and recycling system. With this implementation the new branch devices will be able to use a customer’s deposited cash for future withdrawals, reducing the frequency of cash replenishments. The MX800 also features multi-denomination cash and single deposit settlement services.

Following the installation at Flushing Bank’s new Uniondale branch, the bank plans to further implement Hyosung’s technology at the opening of future branches.
