Mr. Cerutti, who joined NYSE Euronext in 2009 as President and Deputy CEO1, has decided to take a new position as Chairman and CEO at Altran. The Supervisory Board of Euronext has regretfully acknowledged this decision and would like to thank Mr. Cerutti for his outstanding contribution as CEO of Euronext N.V..

The Board will task the Governance and Nomination Committee to start the search process for a successor to Mr. Cerutti, who will ensure a smooth transition over the next few months.
