The objective of this initiative is to encourage and train young minds to further fuel the global product innovation story. On this occasion Mr. Vishnu R. Dusad, Founder and Managing Director, Nucleus Software, said "We are pleased to announce our partnership with WASEDA University, one of the most prestigious universities in Japan. Through this internship program we hope to encourage a continuous flow of knowledge and talent between India and Japan. The interns are being hosted at our India headquarters, for a period of three weeks. With Japan being a crucial market for us, we want to ensure that we have the best talent available in the industry, be it global or local. WASEDA University, with their esteemed records and superior academic standards, is an ideal partner for us in this initiative".

Nucleus Software is hosting the interns from the university for a period of three weeks, who are primarily working on an exclusive software product project focused on research, analytics and critical examination of the Japanese Banking and Finance industry landscape and trends. This project is aimed at giving them a firsthand experience of being associated with the financing industry from an IT solutions provider's stand point.

"This partnership with Nucleus Software is a key opportunity to infuse our students with the spirit of innovation. We believe that this is an extremely valuable experience for our students".

This academic program is providing the students an opportunity to work in an international environment. India is a hot bed for product innovation companies, start ups and ideation incubators and these students are getting an exposure to the dynamic Indian IT industry as a whole. The students are also witnessing the fusion of cultures at Nucleus Software's headquarter based out of Noida, where employees from across global offices mingle freely to discuss ideas and business opportunities. The intense three weeks program is conditioning them for their future roles, through a combination of academic elements and practical, output lead initiatives.
